The story...
Arrive at the hotel and enjoy a refreshing glass of champagne and
delicious canapés hand made by Head Chef and his brigade.
On a summers day relax on our picturesque outdoor garden terrace and
croquet lawn, or for a winter wedding, you can enjoy your arrival
experience on our terrace bar and lounge in front of open log fires.
After you have met your guests and have had a few photos taken on the premises, your 'Master of Ceremonies' will invite you down into our Dormy Suite where you will enjoy a delicious three course wedding breakfast accompanied by your chosen wines. After the meal, the speeches commence where stories are shared and thanks is given to your friends and families.
You and your guests can then relax at your leisure on the terrace bar, lounges or outside in the gardens whilst the Dormy Suite is transformed for your evening reception. Once ready, the 'Master of Ceremonies' will then invite everyone back into the Suite where you, the Bride and Groom, will enjoy your first dance as a married couple.
Then dance the night away with your friends and family to our resident
DJ or your chosen band and enjoy an evening buffet of your choice
before the night comes to an end.
The music stops at midnight, but the bar stays open to residents till
one...or two...or three. Our night manager will cater for your guests
until everyone has gone to bed!
And for the two most important people of the day, what better way to start married life than with a complimentary night in a designer suite or traditional four-poster room at the Dormy House - Our present to you!
The following morning, enjoy your first day of marriage with your guests over a full English breakfast served in the Dining Room.
