November is turning out to be a star month for the Cotswolds based Dormy House Hotel. Hot on the heels of securing a coveted fourth AA star it has also been awarded a silver award in the Heart of England Excellence in Tourism Awards 2008 for the Small Hotel of the Year category.
The awards, known colloquially as the “tourism Oscars”, are acknowledged by the industry as a real quality mark, celebrating the very best on offer and enabling the industry to recognise some of the best businesses in the region.
Sales & marketing manager, Orazio Pollaci, said: “This prestigious award is a real boost for the hotel. We were delighted to have been recognised for a third year running as a reputable hotel in the Heart of England. Dormy House benefits from a beautiful location and stunning scenery, it is not just this which has led to our success. The team has worked really hard to achieve a four star status and this award, and this success, reflects that effort”.
