Terms and Conditions

* Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11.00am on the day of departure.

* Check-in is from 3pm on day of a arrival

* Guests wishing to dine in either the Dining Room (open for dinner every day and Sunday lunch) or the Barn Owl brasserie are advised to reserve
tables at the time of booking.

* Please also inform us at time of booking if any member of your party has any special requirements. We are keen to ensure that all guests enjoy their stay at the Dormy to the full.

* Any cancellation necessary should be communicated to the hotel no later than 12 noon the day prior to arrival. Cancellations received after this time will result in the charge of one night's accommodation if we are unable to re-let the room.

* Please be advised that the Dormy House Hotel implements a non-smoking policy.

* Service is at your discretion. All major credit cards accepted.

* The management reserves the right to alter the terms quoted, where possible advance notice will be given.
